ProAssist is a Portuguese-registered company. We provide the coordination of local emergency assistance in both medical and technical cases, at the request of International Emergency Services. With 35 years in business, we have developed a comprehensive network, covering all of mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira. That, combined with our vast experience in this industry – we are your ’boots on the ground’.

Our story
ProAssist has been providing emergency assistance services in Portugal since 1990. During that time, we have assisted over 100 International Emergency Services and Air Ambulance Companies. Our goal has always been to successfully serve our clients by ensuring seamless local co-ordination of all required medical and technical emergency arrangements on their behalf, controlling the costs incurred, and providing the insured members with support when they need it most. This goal has consistently proven to be of indisputable advantage to all involved.
